Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Barsha Heights

The Classic Suite at Media Rotana Dubai was absolute luxury. The separate living room and work space made it feel so spacious. The private bathroom was so fancy with a walk-in shower! The views of the city skyline from the suite were just breathtaking. It made me feel like a king!

The 32-inch TV in the bedroom was a bit small for my taste.

the service was exceptional with staff always going above and beyond to fulfill our needs. the Spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool were perfect for relaxation, offering body scrubs, massages and other beauty treatments. the rooftop pool and sun terrace provided a stunning view of the city, while the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious meals and refreshing drinks.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the steam room not working properly. this did not greatly impact our overall experience.

My stay at Media Rotana in Dubai was fantastic! I stayed here for a week for business purposes, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel is truly diverse, catering to people from all cultures. The staff, from the gate to reception and room service, were excellent and incredibly hospitable. The Club Rotana was a great addition to my stay. The room was spacious and well-designed, and the room service was quick and efficient. I have to give a special shout-out to Karim, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I also appreciated how easy it was to get around the hotel and explore the surrounding areas. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Its relaxed ambiance, lively music, and wide variety of cocktails and shisha were simply fantastic. It provided the perfect setting for our family to unwind and enjoy quality time together in Dubai.

My wife says that there could have been more kid-friendly activities available.

The Media Rotana had everything I needed: spacious rooms, delicious food, and a friendly staff. It's a shame they didn't provide toothbrushes, but hey, who needs clean sheets and a bug-free pool in a 5-star hotel?

Located in a busy part of town, everything around the hotel is a long wait. Even though it is near the Emirates mall and main attractions, the hotel is quite a walk away from the metro station. Rooms are spacious, and the breakfast was delicious and had a good amount of variety.

The pool area was poorly maintained, with an unpleasant smell and not clean enough for guests to swim.

I always choose this spotless hotel for every trip. The helpful staff even assisted with printing once. It perfectly suits me, with Wi-Fi, rooftop pool, fitness studio, 24-hour room service, laundry. I'm coming back for sure!

I chose this hotel for attending a training session, and I found Media Rotana's meeting rooms to be fully equipped and flexible, making it a popular destination for corporate events. The business centre also provided all necessary amenities for a productive work trip.

One service that I missed for my work was the lack of a dedicated meeting room coordinator to assist with any last-minute arrangements or technical issues during our training session.

We had a comfortable and convenient stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and equipped with useful amenities, including a washing machine and kitchen utensils. The hotel's facilities, including the pool area and gym, were well-maintained and created a pleasant atmosphere for us. the hotel's location was in close proximity to a metro station, making it easy for us to explore other areas of this city.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet with many options, clean and well-maintained swimming pool, convenient location, and well-equipped rooms with irons and ironing boards.

The hotel had a great rooftop terrace where I could relax with drinks and enjoy shisha. The buffet at the restaurant was amazing, with a wide variety of salads and seafood. They also had different theme nights which added to the dining experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Brian in the restaurant and Mai at the reception desk.

The hotel was quite far from most of the popular places in the area, inconvenient for exploring. The water temperature in the shower was difficult to control, often fluctuating between very hot and very cold.

Attentive and friendly staff. Varied breakfast buffet. Diverse dining and entertainment options. Quiet location.

All was good.

The modern facilities at the hotel were top-notch and made my stay truly enjoyable. The fully-equipped gymnasium was a game changer, and I felt like a superhero as I worked out with the qualified fitness instructor. It was a great way to stay in shape while on vacation, and I even managed to sneak in a little extra dessert guilt-free!
